WCC-Round III
Steve stepped in as the cowbell guy since Nate wasn't there. We weren't allowed to use flash so the pic is blurry. But, it just shows you how intense we are. haha.
The Roar looks remarkably unmovitated here, but, I assure you, they were into every game.
Before the San Diego game we all got to go to an amazing Chinese Food dinner paid for by President Lawton. It was so good. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to let all that food settle because we had to rush back to the hotel to get ready for the game.

So, we got hired to play and cheer for USD at their semi-final game against Gonzaga. It was intense and so much fun. But, unfortunately SD lost and Gonzaga went on to win the whole thing. Fuckin' Gonzaga.
Nick is prepared to haggle Gonzaga. We didn't have USD colours so we had to improvize. Nick went with a cape made out of a hotel towel.

I think Scott was confused about why he had USD on his face. As he said, "we're friends--until we play against them." But, hey, everyone hates Gonzaga. So, it's all good.
These ref's made some terrible calls

It was a little wierd cheering for SD. But, it's all in against Gonzaga
The girls on the SD dance squad were super nice. We actually met them at the hotel on our first night there. And, Scott was majorly crushing on Sammy--the cute blonde 4th in from the right.

I do wish Lorenzo or Scott had stood for one of these. It would have made the frame a lot nicer and relieved some of the head room.
we wished this one had turned out better. It's still cool though. Just imagine that the foreground isn't there.
